Three signals, one playbook. What guests say, how you stack up against Lokoea Farms and Dole Plantation, and what to fix on the booking page this week.
Sample size, 20 mixed reviews read across TripAdvisor (attraction + cafe), with cross-reference from Honolulu Magazine and a 2026 traveler blog. Yelp, Viator, GetYourGuide all returned 403 to direct fetch, so Yelp count comes from search snippet and Viator/GetYourGuide ratings are not surfaced. Direct Google Reviews count was not available without API. The 20-review sample is enough to surface themes but the operator should pull the full Google and Yelp threads next pass.

Signal 1, FAQ gaps
Questions guests ask that the website doesn't answer
How long is the tour?
Came up in 5 of 20 sampled reviews. The Tours page does not state duration. Travelers slot this into a North Shore loop and need a number before they book.
What if it rains, or what if I need to reschedule?
Tours page has no weather, cancellation, or refund line. Footer links to Refund Policy but it is not in front of the booking button. Lokoea Farms publishes both through Viator.
Is the wagon stroller-friendly, can grandma climb on, what about kids under 5?
Came up in 3 of 20 sampled reviews and in the 2026 family blog. Site says nothing.
Will the tour run if there are only two of us?
Not addressed. Lokoea Farms' Viator listing publishes a minimum-traveler refund clause. Kahuku Farms does not.
If I drove from Honolulu, will the mochi still be there at 2pm?
Reviewers say no. The site does not say so, the operator could turn this complaint into urgency by surfacing it.
